The installation of our new Durma 220 Ton press brake is complete now filling the gap in our forming department for a precision, high speed machine.  Metrolina now has the capability to bend your most precise light gage part while also being able to bend a ½” x 144” part.
7/2008
The installation of our new Vision Wide VB-4020 Machining Center.  This is in addition to our 2 Haas VF-2 machining centers and our Haas VF-4 machining center.  The new machine increases our milling capabilities with its large bed size, x-axis 161.42” y-axis 78.74” z-axis 31.49”. 
4/2008
The installation of our new Trumpf 5060 laser center is now complete.  The new 6000 watt machine with its 84” x 240” increases our laser cutting capacity to allow more flexible use of our other 4 laser cutting machines.
2/2008

Metrolina Steel is proud to announce the move to 2601 Westinghouse Boulevard is now complete and in full operation.  The 108000 square feet of climate controlled warehouse space allowed Metrolina to combine its Fabrication and Service Center operations together under one roof.
